How to Attend a Meeting
|
|
To attend a meeting, refer to the main login page. You will see two login forms, to join a meeting you must use the form at the bottom.
Type in your name and the meeting Key you were given and. A new window will open and the IWM interface will start loading.

How to Leave a Meeting
|
If you want to leave a meeting, you can do so by clicking the button, that can be found at the top right corner of the meeting interface.

User interaction
|
|
Users attending a meeting can interact live in a number of ways: using the Whiteboard, sharing files, using the Chat Board or even with live audio and video broadcasts.

Using the Chat Board
|
Close to the top left corner, you can see the button.
There you can have a public conversation with everyone in the room.

Live Interface
|
Inside a meeting, all participants have the option to broadcast audio and video from their webcam and microphone to everyone else in the room by picking one of the empty seats.

Sending Private Messages
|
Select one of the users from the User List box by clicking on their name, then click the button, that can be found at the top left corner of the Users list.
A small dialog box will open, there you are able to write a message that will be sent to the user you're trying to contact.

How to Use Private Chat
|
Select one of the users from the User List box by clicking on their name, then click the button, that can be found at the top left corner of the Users list.
A small dialog box will open, there you are able to write a message that will be sent to the user you're requesting to have a private chat with. Once they accept the request, you will be able to chat privately.

Vector Tools
|
Inside the Tools dialog box, you can find Vector based drawing tools.
You are able to change the width and color of the line as well as the filling color of all these tools.

Stamp Tools
|
Inside the Tools dialog box, you can find Stamps that can be used in the Whiteboard. You can draw arrows, double arrows, Copyright symbols, Reserved rights symbols and Stars of all sizes by dragging with your mouse accross the screen. You can also modify the width of the line as well as its color, and in the case of stars, rotate them while drawing.

Text Tools
|
|
This tool is used to create typed text in a variety of colors and sizes.
Simply select the color and size options that you would like to use and click on the Whiteboard where you would like to begin typing.

Whiteboard Document Tools
|
Whiteboard Document Tools are the tools that can only be used when you send a file to the Whiteboard from the File Browser.

Slideshow Functionality |
|
This tool allows the users in the meeting to create their own slideshows. These slideshows can then be viewed by other people in the room.
Clicking on the 'Slideshow' button will bring up a list of previously created slideshows with buttons at the top.

To play a slideshow, click on the slideshow that you are interested in, and press 'Run'.
Select and click Delete to remove a Slideshow from the project.
Clicking 'Create New' or 'Edit' allows you to create and modify your own slideshows using files from the classroom, or from your own computer.

Quiz Functionality |
|
This tool allows the users in the meeting to create their own questionnaires and take questionnaires created by other users.
Clicking on the 'Quiz' button will bring up a list of currently available questionnaires.

To fill a Questionnaire, select it from the list and click the button.

To create a Quiz, click on the button. A box will come up where you can modify the questionnaire to suit your needs.

Calendar Functionality |
|
This tool allows the users in the meeting to view and modify a calendar of events.
Clicking on the 'Calendar' button will bring up a month by month browsable calendar.
To add an event to the calendar, click on one of the day boxes and fill in the necessary event information.

Quick Notes Functionality |
|
This tool allows the users to create and modify quick notes for future reference.
Clicking on the 'Quick Notes' button will bring up a board where the notes can be created, Notes can also be moved across the board at convenience.
To add a note, simply click on the button, type the message and the note will be created.

To edit a note, click on the small button on the note and a box where you can make changes will come up.

Administration Dashboard |
|
Via the Administration Dashboard you are able to manage your IWM account, create projects, schedule meetings and register new users, all depending on your account level.
You can login to the Administration Dashboard with your username and password using the top form in the index page of IWM.

Super Administrator Functionality |
|
Super Administrators are in full control of the software and are able to change Settings, Manage (Activate, Deactivate and Delete) Users, Modify Mail Templates for notifications and see Statistics for disk usage (MySQL, Files, Images), Users registered and disk usage per user, Meeting Statistics and Time Table.

Administrator Functionality |
After successful login, Administrators are presented with a Welcome screen with menu of 8 different options.

Click here to return to the welcome page from any other area of the site. |

It allows the Admin to change their password, name, email, phone number, address, language and time zone. |
 |
Register New Users - these users will have to be activated by a Super Admin. |
 |
Clicking it will bring up a list of current projects.
Click the "Create New Project" option and fill all the necessary info, or click one of the existing projects to open Project Dashboard.
At the Project Dashboard you can adjust Timeframes, as well as Manage the Project Calendar, Project Notes, Project Records, Modify files and slideshows, Create Polls, Edit Users and Schedule Meetings. |

Click it to go to the your file browser, where you can upload, modify, and delete files previously uploaded. As well as modifying them from their original format to PNG images so they will be compatible with the interface of the meeting. |

In this page it is possible to send invites to meetings to registered users as well as see their profiles. |

Click it to access the Support section, where you are able to send Support request to the developers team. |

Clicking this button will end the Administrator's session in the Administration Dashboard. |

Your functions as an User are limited to management of your own account.
